Fashion: Representations and Misconceptions

Nothing in life is actually meaningless, there is always a direct or indirect definition to everything posed as fashion. An anklet, for example, is a bracelet worn around the anklet but is it widely recognise as a symbol that a woman is married yet available to other men for sexual activity with the husband's consent and encouragement. So when I see this on a married woman's leg, it means you have a foolish husband at home.

Another example is a ring worn on the thumb which became a trend since the 1990 for lesbians and bisexual women as a sign of their sexual orientation. The Word says:

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? -2 Corinthians 6:4

I'm not saying everything has a negative meaning to it or that people are outright bad. But don't copy just anything you see on TV or from celebrities, if you don't know what it represent because it could be a cult sign or you could be pledging your ligeance to a demon unknowingly. Wisdom is profitable.
