THE BALL AND THE CHAIN

Someone once told me she doesn't like Facebook because there are a lot of illicit and graphic contents on it, so I thought to myself; "Why not unfriend those who post such and add more people who post positive content? Why run away from something that can be of great help to you because of people?"

This is the same way the real world is. Some people in your life are draining you, It doesn't matter if they are blood relative or they have been in your life for too long. If they are toxic, letting them go is your best option. Just because you have history with a person doesn't mean you have a future with them.

When God asked Abraham to leave his father's house, He wasn't out of his mind, He knew it was the only way Abraham could be blessed.

It is definitely possible that God is yet to bless you because of the kind of people you still keep in your life. He knows that if He bless you today with them still around you, you will never live to enjoy the blessings.

Some are so afraid of being alone that they will allow just anybody into their life whether good or bad. You can be in the mist of a crowd and still be lonely but you can be alone and yet not be lonely.

The Word says: Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. -Galatians 5:1

Some have being living with people that have made them sick and they keep blaming the devil for their sickness. It is time you start seeing the world for what it really is and not what you want it to be.
